What is Celes Autopilot?
It is Celes' layer of AI agents that executes, every day and for every SKU in every store, the inventory decisions within the rules the team defines: replenish, transfer, buy, wait or escalate. It works in autonomy levels, from proposing to operating the full policy.
Which decisions does it automate and which need approval?
The team decides. Typically routine replenishment is automated and atypical cases are escalated: orders above an amount, new products, promotions or supplier stockouts. Every rule has a threshold and an owner, and can be adjusted at any time.
Can I intervene if the AI makes a wrong decision?
Yes. Every decision is logged with its reasoning and can be reviewed, reversed or corrected, and the rules are tuned with that evidence. Autopilot operates within explicit limits; it does not decide beyond what the team authorized.
Is it the same as min/max rules in the ERP?
No. Min/max rules are fixed parameters someone has to maintain by hand. Autopilot applies the team's policy on a daily forecast per SKU and store, so the right quantity changes by itself when demand changes.
What is logged for audit?
Every executed action: what was decided, for which SKU and store, with which forecast and rule, and who approved it when approval was required. Celes is ISO 27001 certified and the logs are available to the team and for audit.
